What it does
From documents to a clear plan.
- Upload documents. PDFs, Word files, and images.
- Read goals and dates. AI pulls out goals, services, accommodations, and key dates.
- Track deadlines. A calendar of what is due and when.
- Follow progress. Goal scoring and progress charts over time.
- Draft letters. Start from a first draft and edit it.
- Work as a team. A parent view, messages, notes, tasks, and an audit log.

Milestone's AI reads documents and suggests items. A person reviews, edits, and approves every item before it is saved to the case. The AI never writes to a case on its own.
