Fill the roster.
Find the player.
Keep parents in control.

When a travel team is short a player, OpenRoster finds a kid who is free and eligible. A parent and a coach both have to agree.

OpenRoster is opening soon. Join the list to be first in line. A native iPhone app is planned.

How it works

Four steps. Two yeses.

Coach posts a spot

The game, the position, and the age group.

System finds matches

It checks age, class, and roster rules, then ranks options and gives a plain reason for each.

Parent approves

The parent sees the team, the event, and the reason.

Coach confirms

Nothing is official until both say yes.

Built for kids' safety

Adults only. By design.

  • Kids never have accounts. A player is a profile managed by a parent.
  • Adult-to-adult messaging. Messages are tied to a match and logged. A player is never a recipient.
  • Both must approve. A parent and a coach agree on every match.
  • Limited coach cards. First name, last initial, and position only.
  • No rankings of minors. No star ratings or scoreboards.
  • Your data, your control. Parents can export or delete their data.
Sports

Starting with baseball and softball.

Built first for youth travel baseball and softball, ages 8U to 18U.

Be first in line.

OpenRoster is opening soon for baseball and softball parents and coaches. Join the pre-launch list on our OpenRoster site.
